How expensive is it?
It’s completely free to create an account with us and view the customer enquiries that are available in your area. If you want to access these enquiries you can then choose to upgrade to whichever of our paid accounts that best suits you. You keep all of the money that you make from the hard work that you do – we don’t take any cut of the payments for your work.
How many enquiries will I get?
The number of enquiries that you’ll receive depends on the kind of account that you pick when you sign up. You can either choose to have a fixed number of leads per week sent directly to you, or you can pay per lead as you want to pick them.
How come you send enquiries to multiple companies?
We need to ensure that our homeowners get competitive quotes for their project. To achieve this, we send our enquiries to up to 4 companies so they can get a range of quotes. We’ll never send to more than 4, so don’t worry – you won’t be fighting against 10 other companies to win work. This also means that we can keep the cost per enquiry lower, meaning our leads are cheaper. We’ve carried out extensive research and our members typically achieve a 1 in 4 to 1 in 5 conversion rate, meaning your cost of sale could be less than 10%.

All you’ll need to do is make sure you respond to enquiries quickly, provide a professional service, and offer competitive quotes – all things you’re doing already! You can also complete your profile with us and build up great ratings and reviews which will help your reputation grow.
